The residences
Four apartment types, each on its own floors of the tower. All are let furnished, with linen, kitchenware and weekly housekeeping included in the rent.
Gorge Residence
Floors 12–17, two bedrooms, 88 m²
Two bedrooms and a long living room with windows on the gorge side; the falls are in view from the dining table.
Horseshoe Penthouse
Floors 20–22, three bedrooms, 140 m²
The top three floors, with a private terrace, a separate study and the full sweep of both falls.
Garden Apartment
Floors 2–3, two bedrooms, 80 m²
Ground-side apartments with a walled patio, meant for longer stays and for guests travelling with a dog.
Life in the building
The public floors hold an indoor pool, a spa with two saunas, a fitness room and a small library beside the lobby. The rooftop terrace on the twenty-second floor is open to all residents and is the best place in the building to watch the illumination of the falls after dark.
A concierge desk is staffed from seven in the morning until eleven at night. Underground parking, a bicycle store and luggage storage are on the lower level.
Around the Falls
The tower stands on Fallsview Boulevard, a few minutes' walk from the park along the gorge and the brink of the Horseshoe Falls. Restaurants, the casino resort's theatre and the Clifton Hill street of attractions lie within a quarter of an hour on foot. Niagara-on-the-Lake and the wine country are half an hour by road.
