This website describes the apartments, shared floors and services of Niagara Luxury Apartments. It is provided for information. Descriptions, floor areas, opening hours and rents are given in good faith and may change without notice; the leasing office confirms the details of any specific apartment before a tenancy is agreed.
Bookings and tenancies
No tenancy, reservation or contract is created by using this website or by sending an enquiry through it. A tenancy exists only when a written agreement has been signed by the resident and by the leasing office and any deposit requested has been received.
Photographs and text
The photographs and text on this site belong to Niagara Luxury Apartments or are used with permission. They may be viewed and printed for personal use in choosing an apartment. They may not be copied, published or used commercially without written consent.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to other websites, those sites are run by others and Niagara Luxury Apartments has no control over their content or their handling of personal information.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this website are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and of Canada.
