What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the name, email address, dates and message you provide. When you sign a tenancy agreement we collect the details needed to run the tenancy: identification, contact details, payment details and, where relevant, vehicle and pet information.

Why we collect it

Enquiry details are used to answer your enquiry and to send you availability and a quotation. Tenancy details are used to prepare the agreement, to manage your stay and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a tenancy are deleted after twelve months. Tenancy records are kept for the period required by Canadian tax and tenancy law and then deleted.

Who sees it

Personal information is seen by the leasing office and the building's management staff. It is shared with third parties only where needed to run the tenancy, such as a payment processor or a housekeeping contractor, and only for that purpose.

Cookies

This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when the page loads; the site works with system fonts if that service is blocked.

Your rights

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted, by writing to hello@apartmensniagara.com. We reply within thirty days.
